There are three main ways to get in contact with a representative of our support team.


1. Submit a ticket from the FAQ Page, Contact Page, or Help Widget.

2. Submit a ticket from the Help Portal (where all help articles are located)

3. Submit a ticket in our Discord Server.



Steps to submit a ticket from the FAQ Page, Contact Page, or Help Portal:

1. Click on "Create a Ticket" or "New Support Ticket".

2. Fill out all required or requested information.

3. Submit your ticket.

4. Wait for a support team member to respond.

Steps to submit a ticket from the Help Widget:

1. Click on theQA & Support icon, which will pop up with a list of articles.

2. Search something up for custom results, if none appear you can create a ticket by clicking "Contact Us" at the bottom.

3. Fill out all required or requested information.

4. Submit your ticket.

5. Wait for a support team member to respond.

Steps to submit a ticket from our Discord Server:

1. Finish verification of any kind if you haven't already, then find the channel #support-topics.

2. Choose which one is best for your case, and hit the emoji to open a ticket.

3. Wait for a support team member to respond.

Serious abuse, spam, or harassment of support tickets / members will result in a blacklist and ban from the main game.
